It's about you and another person!

These ideologues are getting on my nerves.

Real life is about how are getting along with another person.  It is not about your religion, your wealth, your political views, your honor or how big a man you are.  It's about humorously getting along with the individuals around you.

That's the rub right?  It’s always difficult to get along with the people around you.

Pat Robertson, who can believe that idiot?  He can't be for real, but there he is on TV spouting ridiculous babble about the bible, over and over.  Then there are fanatic religious clerics with fanatic religious followers the world over, spouting their own babble flavors and each seems to have hordes of deluded morons ready to do that particular cleric's bidding.  We have lots of these people here in the USA.

And what about the tea party?  I guess I prefer coffee.  This whole symbolic no taxes protest is a bit extreme.  If we got rid of taxes, then what would we have, a volunteer government? Would we have everything pay-as-you-go?  I do not really trust Megacorp International to run the airport or Boy Howdy Enterprises to maintain the roads and bridges out to the airport.

Maybe the government should just run a defense department and nothing else?  Defense is like a walled city right?  Offense is more like weapons and using things to kill people.  Many people seem to discuss using offense as a defense, like having a personal weapon is a defensive maneuver.  That is a silly bit of rhetoric.  A shield is defensive.  A lethal weapon is offensive.  It really is that simple.
