I guess you have to pay to play at the Tea Party. I also understand it's about the ideology and not about profiteering (profits) or exploitation (capitalism). The tea party is about making tea for your new best friends and having fun.
I've recently heard that a big tea party, planned for Nashville in early February, is going to be an expensive tea party, especially if hotel, travel and the like is factored in. Some groups are backing out because little people won't be able to afford the cost. Maybe the cost can be written off on your taxes? Most companies do that. Hey, just expense it right?
The great big tea party is a grass-roots movement, isn't it? It's time to stay close to home and keep growing grass.
